Return request
All return requests must be made from the customer area of the website, via the "My orders" section.
No requests submitted via email, telephone, or any other means will be processed outside of this space.

Conditions of acceptance
Returns are subject to prior validation by our customer service department.
No package should be returned without our prior agreement.
The customer is responsible for the cost of returning products, except in the case of a shipping error or a defective product confirmed by our services.

Return period
In accordance with Article L221-18 of the Consumer Code , the customer has a period of 14 calendar days from the receipt of their order to make a return request, provided that the products meet the conditions specified below.

Product condition
The products must be returned:

• New , unused and in their original undamaged packaging (unopened, undamaged);
• Accompanied by all accessories , instructions and any promotional gifts.
  

Any incomplete, damaged, opened or soiled product cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded.

Products excluded from the right of return
In accordance with Article L221-28 of the Consumer Code , the right of withdrawal does not apply to:

• Products customized or made according to customer specifications;
  
• Products specially ordered for the customer, not held in regular stock;
  
• Opened or unsealed products cannot be returned for hygiene or health protection reasons (e.g. sterile instruments, medical consumables, etc.).
  

Unclaimed or refused products
Any product not claimed at a collection point or voluntarily refused by the customer (examples: withdrawal, refusal to pay customs duties in the United Kingdom, Switzerland, etc.) will be refunded in the form of a credit note .

This refund will be reduced by the return shipping costs , as well as the management and bank fees associated with the order.
These fees vary depending on the order amount and generally range between 2.5% and 5% of the total order.

Refund/credit procedure
After validation and receipt of the products in good condition, the refund is made in the form of a credit note valid without time limit , unless otherwise stated.
Processing a return can take up to 10 business days after receipt at our premises.
